摘 要：随着社会经济的快速发展，物质生活水平的不断提高，汽车使用量也在逐年增加，使得汽车空调维修业务有了良好的市场前景。但我国汽车维修行业发展较晚，且基础薄弱，从事汽车空调维修人员的素质能力水平参差不齐，不能有效满足人们日益增长的汽车空调维修需求。因此，加强汽车空调维修课程教学改革势在必行。本文对汽车空调维修课程教学存在的问题进行简要的分析与探讨，并提出了相对应的改革策略，希望能对汽车空调维修专业发展提出一些有价值的建议。

Thoughts on the Teaching Reform of Automobile Air-conditioning Maintenance Courses

Abstract：With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of material living standards， the use of automobiles is also increasing year by year， which makes the automobile air-conditioning maintenance business have a good market prospect. However， the development of China's automobile maintenance industry is relatively late， and the foundation is weak. The quality and ability of automobile air-conditioning maintenance personnel are uneven， which cannot effectively meet people's increasing demand for automobile air-conditioning maintenance. Therefore， it is imperative to strengthen the teaching reform of automobile air-conditioning maintenance courses. This article briefly analyzes and discusses the existing problems in the teaching of automobile air-conditioning maintenance courses， and proposes corresponding reform strategies， hoping to put forward some valuable suggestions for the professional development of automobile air-conditioning maintenance.

1 改革汽車空调维修课程的重要性

学校开展《汽车空调维修》课程教学的目的在于向社会输出更多专业的汽车空调维修人才，而《汽车空调维修》这门课程本身具有较强的实践性，只进行单一的理论知识灌输，并不能提升学生的专业素质和能力，这显然不能满足学生的发展需求。而且在新时代的背景下，企业竞争压力越来越大，对汽车空调维修岗位工作人员素质能力的要求也越来越高。学校现有的课程教学目标、内容、方式、方法等不能适应瞬息万变的市场环境，也不能与相关企业岗位工作进行有效的对接，势必会使汽车空调维修专业发展停滞不前。因此，学校需要做到与时俱进开拓创新，认识到汽车空调维修课程教学改革的重要性。通过利用新课程内容和优质的教学模式，不断锤炼学生的专业素质和能力，才能使学生更好地适应工作岗位需求，成为企业所需要的实用型专业人才。……
