摘 要：本文通过分析驾驶行为与安全意识的关系，将汽车试验场内试验人员的驾驶行为与安全意识关联，通过高速环道的试验特性分析，确定试验风险点，确定考评条件与方法，搭建了安全意识主观考评体系，为汽车试验场提供高速环道试验人员驾驶安全意识主观考评参考方法。

Research on Subjective Evaluation Method of Driving Safety Awareness of Test Drivers in Automotive Proving Ground

Abstract：This paper analyzes the relationship between driving behavior and safety awareness and correlates the driving behavior of test personnel in the automotive proving ground with safety awareness. Through the analysis of the test characteristics and risk points of the high-speed oval， the evaluation conditions and methods are determined， and a subjective safety awareness evaluation is established. The system provides a reference method for the subjective evaluation of driving safety awareness of high-speed oval testers for the automotive proving ground.

1 引言

汽车试验场作为整车路试的主要测试基地，可承担汽车研发、性能、可靠性等测试。随着国内汽车试验场的建设水准的提高，道路种类越来越完备，试验场能提供更高的试验车速和更复杂试验环境，同时也带来了更高的试验风险。为了降低试验风险，目前国内大多数试验场，对于试验人员的驾驶资格通常采用分级管理制度，考评方式为理论考评与驾驶技能考评[1]。驾驶技能考评的常见内容有蛇行绕桩、高速制动避让、高速变线、金卡纳等，最终根据试验人员的实际考评情况发放对应等级的驾驶证件。

但是该考评方法仅对试验人员的驾驶技能进行了考评，忽略了由试验人员驾驶安全意识的淡薄与不良的驾驶习惯所带来试验风险。心理学认为：一个人具有什么样的意识就会产生什么样的行为，也就是说一个人的行为是受其意识支配的，即意识决定行为，行为源于意识[2]。我们通过对高速环道的试验特性和风险点研究，发现试验人员的驾驶安全意识对高速环道事故的发生有举足轻重的影响。……
