摘 要：新疆作为我国西北的战略屏障及丝绸之路经济带核心区，因地制宜发展煤化工是保障我国能源战略安全的必然要求。通过高职煤化工技术专业“虚实结合”育人，改革传统教学育人手段，推进人才培养模式创新，为煤化工行业提供了所需求的高素质技术技能型人才，服务地方区域经济“一主多元”产业结构转变，并借助发展新机遇，强化新疆煤化工产业集群。

Abstract：As a strategic barrier in Northwest China and the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt，Xinjiang has developed coal chemical industry wellbasing on the local conditions，which is an inevitable requirement to ensure energy strategic security of China.Reforming the traditional waysfor teaching and educating，through the coal chemical technology major the education of 'virtualreal synthesis，as well as promoting the innovation in personnel training mode，demands coal chemical industry to provide a plentiful supply of high quality technical skilled talents and serves'diversified industrial structure transformation' at local regional economic，with the help of the new development opportunity，strengthen the Xinjiang coal chemical industry aggregate.

為深入贯彻落实全国教育大会精神，落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，结合我院化工专业办学特色，通过建设化工技术专业群虚拟仿真实训基地[1]，改革传统化工教学育人培养手段，推进化工人才培养模式改革创新，弥补化工技术专业群实习实训过程中遇到特殊困难的缺陷，以经济社会和企业市场需求相结合为导向，探索建立院校主导、企业协同、具备鲜明地方特色的煤化工技术专业“虚实结合”育人培养模式。

一、煤化工技术专业育人背景

近年来，新疆维吾尔自治区不断加大职业教育基础能力建设力度，制定《关于深化职业教育改革的实施方案》，推动落实《新疆维吾尔自治区职业技能提升行动实施方案（2019—2021年）》，持续推进职业教育改革创新和高质量发展。国家和自治区层面对职业教育的高度重视，进一步激发了职业院校办学动力和活力。随着我国“一带一路”和加快丝绸之路经济带核心区建设的推进，新疆作为我国西北的战略屏障及丝绸之路经济带核心区，党中央给予了一系列特殊的支持政策[2]。……
