摘 要 通过问卷调查的方式，分析高职一线教师信息化教学能力的意识态度、应用水平、应用方式、应用适应性等，并以雷达图的形式进行可视化分析，较为直观地展现信息化教学能力的认识现状及存在的问题，总结出信息化教学理念认识不足、技术与装备应用掌握不全、信息化教学方法技术单一、系统化教学设计明显缺失等结论，提出转变信息化教学重建轻用现象、设计教师能力培训框架体系、突出与高职教育特点相融合等建议，为确定高职教师信息化教学能力提升途径和决策提供实践依据。

Investigation and Analysis of Information Teaching Ability of Higher Vocational Teachers//FU Kuiliang

Abstract This paper analyzes the attitude， application level， applica-tion method and application adaptability of the informatization teaching ability of the first-line teachers in higher vocational schools through questionnaire survey. And visual analysis in the form of radar maps， more intuitively showing the status quo and existing problems of information teaching ability. It concludes that the informa-tization teaching concept is insufficiently understood， the application of technology and equipment is incomplete， the information techno-logy teaching method is single， and the systematic teaching design is obviously missing. It proposes to change the information-based tea-ching reconstruction and light use phenomenon， design the teachers ability training framework system， and highlight the integration with the characteristics of higher vocational education. It provides a practical basis for determining the ways and decisions of higher vocatio-nal teachers informatization education.

0 引言

在教育信息化过程中，教师的信息化教学能力已成为影响教学质量的最重要的基本因素之一。教师自身素质、信息技术环境下的教学设计能力、教学和学习能力对教师信息化教学有着重要影响。本文在研究教师教学能力发展[1]、

教师信息化通用能力标准、高职教师能力要求、高职教师教学能力的知识结构和能力结构等国内外理论知识和最新理论成果的基础上，通过问卷的设计、发放、调查、回收及分析，总结出高职教师信息化教学能力现状并提出提升策略。

1 高职教师信息化教学能力概述

教学能力是教师为达到教学目标和顺利开展教学活动而表现出来的一种心理特征。它包括一般能力和特殊能力，其中一般能力是指在教学活动中表现出来的认知能力，特殊能力是指教师从事特定教学活动的专业能力[2]。……
