摘要如何推進数字农业发展进程，促进农业农村高质量发展，实现农业农村现代化是当前国内研究的热点之一。将农业与气象大数据进行强融合，可以实现农业生产端的数字化和消费端的产业化，推动规模经营发展;促进传统小农户向现代小农户转变，加快推进农业农村现代化。广州气象部门以广州智慧农业气象服务平台为载体，充分利用互联网、物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、“5S”等现代信息技术，实现气象服务与农业深度融合，有效解决数字农业发展的痛点问题，助力广州都市农业实现生产、生活和生态功能，促进广州数字农业发展，推动广州都市农业现代化。应用融媒体技术为农户提供便捷的移动服务;通过设置个性化自助定制气象预警功能，实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接;通过病虫害图像识别与趋势分析服务，促进农业绿色发展;通过提供休闲旅游服务，促进乡村旅游产业发展;通过提供农业保险气象服务，帮助农户转移生产风险，并与保险部门共同构筑新型农业气象服务体系;通过构建业务模型超市，提升智慧农业气象服务水平。实践证明，气象大数据是数字农业的关键生产要素，融合现代信息技术的气象服务可以促进农业数字化、信息化、智慧化，驱动农业农村现代化，为实现乡村全面振兴提供有力支撑。

Research on the Integrated Development of Digital Agriculture and Meteorological Services in Guangzhou

Abstract  How to accelerate the development process of digital agriculture to promote the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas for realization of modernization of agriculture and rural areas is  one  of  current  hot  topics  for  research  in  China. The  integration  of  big  data  of  agriculture  and meteorology can realize the digitalization of agricultural production and industrialization of consumption， promote  the  development  of scale  operation  and  the  transformation  from  traditional  small  farmers  to modern  small  farmers，  and  accelerate  the  modernization  of  agriculture  and  rural  areas. Taking  the platform  of  Guangzhou  Intelligent  Agricultural  Meteorological  Service  as  the  carrier，  the  Guangzhou meteorological department has made full use of modern information technology such as Internet， Internet of things， big data， cloud computing， artificial intelligence and “5S” to realize the deep integration of meteorological service and agriculture， solve the key problems of the development of digital agriculture， help  Guangzhou  urban  agriculture  to  realize  the  function  of production，  life  and  ecology，  promote  the development  of Guangzhou  digital  agriculture  and  the  modernization  of Guangzhou  urban  agriculture. Convenient mobile  services  are provided to  farmers through the  application  of media  convergence; the organic link between the development of small farmers and modern agriculture is achieved through theestablishment  of  personalized  self-customized  weather  early  warning  function; green  agricultural development  is promoted through  insect  and  disease  image recognition  and trend  analysis  services; the development  of rural  tourism  industry  is  promoted  by  providing  leisure  tourism  services; agricultural insurance  meteorological  services  can  help  farmers  transfer  their  production  risks  through  joint establishment  of  a  new  agricultural  meteorological  service  system  by  the  farmers  and  the  insurance departments. The  service  level  of  intelligent  agriculture  meteorology  will  be  improved  through establishment of a business model supermarket. The practices have proved that meteorological big data is the key factor of production in digital agriculture， and the meteorological service integrated with modern information  technology  can  promote  the  digitalization，  informationization  and  intellectualization  of agriculture  and  drive the modernization  of agriculture  and rural  areas， providing  strong  support  for the overall rural vitalization.
