摘  要：湖北实验室坚持从湖北省优势学科和重点产业出发，面向国家重大战略需求和湖北省产业经济发展需要，推动高校、科研机构、企业等创新主体深度融合，为国家科技自立自强贡献湖北力量。高校牵头组建湖北实验室打破以往单纯依靠高校、科研院所、企业建设实验室的局面，以实验室为平台汇聚此领域的优势力量形成合力，瞄准国家重大需求，解决国家重大科技问题，高校牵头组建的实验室建设要发挥高校自身的学科和科研优势、聚力成果转化、创新激励体质，瞄准打造国家战略目标，为湖北争创具有全国影响力的科技创新中心献力。

Discussion on the Establishment of Hubei Laboratory Led by Colleges and Universities

Abstract：Hubei laboratory insists on starting from the advantageous disciplines and key industries in Hubei Province， facing the major strategic needs of the country and the needs of industrial and economic development in Hubei Province， promotes the in-depth integration of innovative subjects such as universities， scientific research institutions and enterprises， and contributes to the national scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement. Colleges and universities take the lead in establishing Hubei laboratory， breaking the previous situation of relying solely on colleges and universities， scientific research institutes and enterprises to build the laboratory， taking the laboratory as the platform to gather the advantageous forces in this field to form a joint force， aiming at the major national needs and solving the major national scientific and technological problems. The laboratory construction led by colleges and universities should give full play to the discipline and scientific research advantages of colleges and universities， the transformation of cohesive achievements innovation inspires physique， aims at building national strategic objectives， and contributes to Hubei's striving for a national influential scientific and technological innovation center.

湖北實验室是湖北省组织开展跨学科跨领域协同创新的综合性科研平台，是引领湖北省创新驱动发展的战略科技力量，湖北省从国家和湖北经济社会发展的重大战略需求出发，在七个领域布局湖北实验室，其中3个由高校牵头组建[1]，实验室以提升重大领域原始创新能力、突破重点产业发展关键技术瓶颈为使命，开展重大原创性研究和协同科研攻关，积极争创国家实验室，成为国家重要的战略科技力量[2]。

由高校牵头组建的3个湖北实验室与以往依托高校建设的实验室及科研机构有很大的不同，实验室打破了高校、科研院所、企业之间的界限，以高校为纽带，聚集此领域的优势资源，聚焦国家战略，从湖北的经济和社会发展出发，为建设武汉东湖综合性国家科学中心、争创具有全国影响力的科技创新中心献力。……
