摘  要：儿童心理行为问题的产生是多种因素综合作用的结果，其中最重要的因素是儿童生活的家庭环境，而家庭功能发挥的有效性是评估良好家庭环境的重要指标。该文通过对儿童家庭功能与心理行为问题的相关文献进行梳理，发现研究结果具有高度一致性，家庭功能能够显著预测儿童心理行为问题，家庭功能发挥越好，儿童表现出来的心理行为问题越少。最后，该文从家庭功能视角提出几点建议，以帮助家庭更好地培养儿童良好行为，促进其身心健康。

Analysis of Children's Psychological and Behavioral Problems from the Perspective of Family Function

Abstract：Children's psychological and behavioral problems are the result of many factors， but the most important factor is the family environment in which children live， and the effectiveness of family function is an important index to evaluate a good family environment. In this paper， through a review of the relevant literature on children's family function and psychological and behavioral problems， it is found that the research results are highly consistent， family function can significantly predict children's mental behavior problems， and the better the family function is， the less psychological and behavioral problems children have. Finally， this paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of family function to help families better cultivate children's good behavior and promote their mental health.

近年來，儿童心理行为问题愈来愈多地受到社会的普遍关注。大量研究表明，儿童心理行为问题与家庭环境密不可分。在影响儿童心理行为问题的众多家庭因素中，个别化的家庭因素如家庭教养方式、亲子关系等被广泛考察，而以整体性的家庭环境因素为切入点的研究相对匮乏。在评估家庭整体运行状况的诸多因素中，家庭功能是一个非常重要的指标。因此，该文旨在聚焦家庭功能，探讨其与儿童心理行为问题的关系，并针对儿童的心理行为问题，提出几点干预和治疗建议。

1  心理行为问题

心理行为问题，也称问题行为，指儿童在发展过程中产生的与其年龄段群体的社会化要求和行为规范不相符合，且对个体自身或者他人造成负面影响的行为。儿童心理行为问题包括外显行为问题和内隐心理问题两个方面，外显行为问题如攻击、不听管教、偷窃、逃学、离家出走、消极冒险、网络成瘾等;内隐心理问题主要指儿童情绪问题，包括抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、羞耻、退缩和低自尊等。……
