摘  要：该文应用文献资料法、实地考察法等研究方法，对天水市麦积区公共体育服务现状进行逻辑性梳理，为改善当下现实状况提供实践指导和理论参考。研究发现：（1）建设新时代高质量公共体育服务体系前期依然离不开主要的政府资金投入以及政策的宏观引导;（2）公共体育服务领域专业性人才匮乏、体系机制建设不完善、地域优势发挥不充分等问题突出。研究认为，公共体育服务质量必须提升是新时代发展和人民生活的需要，是未来“绿色消费产品”产业化发展的大势所趋。

Research on the Current Situation of Public Sports Service in Maiji District of Tianshui City

Abstract： This paper logically combs the current situation of public sports service in Maiji District of Tianshui City by using the research methods of literature and field investigation， so as to provide practical guidance and theoretical reference for improving the current situation. It is found that： （1） The early stage of building a high-quality public sports service system in the new era is still inseparable from the main government capital investment and macro guidance of policies. （2） There are prominent problems in the field of public sports services， such as the lack of professional talents， the imperfect construction of system and mechanism， and the insufficient exertion of regional advantages. The research shows that the quality of public sports service must be improved， which is the need of the development of the new era and people's life， and the general trend of the industrialization of "green consumer products" in the future.

新时代背景下，我国各地以习近平总书记系列讲话精神为契机，根据国务院和教育部相继出台的相关政策为依据，提升人民生活幸福感和运动获得感。该文旨在立足于天水市麦积区经济发展状况和公共体育服务实际情况，厘清概念，剖析问题，找出对策，助力天水市麦积区公共体育服务质量提升展开具体化论述。

1  基本概念

公共服务是指政府等公共组织以公共价值为导向，以公众满意度为目标，采用多种供给方式，为公众提供满足其需求的服务[1]。公共体育服务即为政府宏观统配下，以体育内容为主，为人民提供的以体育活动方式、内容等为载体的社会公共服务。
