摘  要：在教学当中教师应当注重学生的实践运用能力，发掘“以人为本”教育理念的价值，关注学生的个性发展情况，不断提高学生英语综合能力。该文主要分析了现阶段高等英语教育存在的问题，以及新时期“以人为本”教育理念促进我国高等英语教育的发展改革的具體措施，期望能够帮助我国英语专业化教育水平不断提升，满足学生协调发展的需要。

Analysis on the Development and Reform of "People-oriented" Concept in Higher English Education in China

in the New Era

Abstract： In teaching， teachers should pay attention to students' practical ability， explore the value of "people-oriented" education concept， pay attention to students' personality development， and constantly improve students' comprehensive English ability. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current higher English education and the specific measures to promote the development and reform of China's higher English Education under the "people-oriented" education concept in the new period， hoping to help the continuous improvement of China's English professional education level and meet the needs of students' coordinated development.

随着时代的发展，进行高等英语教育改革已是迫在眉睫。高校作为新时代建设人才的培养场所，在英语教育当中也应该融入更多的科学发展理念，进行更多的英语教学创新研究，将以人为本的教育理念更多地应用在教学当中，促进大学生英语学习的全面发展。

1  新时期高等英语“以人为本”教育理念的内涵

在高等英语教育当中实施以人为本的教育理念，首先要关注学生发展，以人为本，是将人作为英语教育的核心要素，一切教学活动也紧紧围绕着“人”来展开，以培养和提高学生的综合素质为目标。而开展高等英语教育是为了提高学生的英语应用能力，培养社会所需高素质的新型应用人才。因此，在高等英语教育中实行“以人为本”的教育理念，以学生为教学的中心，围绕学生开展教学实践活动，促进学生积极思考是十分有效的。

2  现阶段高等英语教育的教学现状分析

在当前高校的英语教学中，还存在英语教学活动缺乏、教学思想陈旧、教师综合素质较低、教学缺乏合理的评价方式等问题，在此背景下开展以人为本的教育理念为指导的改革也是十分必要的。……
