【摘    要】在小學教学过程中，学生时常会在完成作业过程中产生错误，教师要充分分析这种错误出现的原因，尤其是一些共性的错误，以此反思自身在教学中的不足，然后进行查漏补缺，以此提高教学的有效性。同时，教师通过对错题进行分析，不但能使学生的成绩有大幅度提高，也能使自身的专业素养得到提升。本文将基于小学教学的现状，举出关于数学和语文教学的相关例子，分析小学生常见的错题产生原因，并提出相应的解决对策，以期为小学生的全面发展助力，同时提升小学各科教学的质量和效率。

【Abstract】In the process of elementary school teaching， students often make mistakes in the process of completing homework， teachers should fully analyze the reasons for such mistakes， especially some common mistakes， so as to reflect on their own deficiencies in teaching， and then make mistakes， In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching. At the same time， by analyzing wrong questions， teachers can not only greatly improve students' performance， but also improve their own professionalism. 一、学生平时作业出现错误的原因

（一）教师没有充分重视学生的错题

1.课堂教学设计不合理，教学方法不恰当

一是有些教师在课堂教学过程中，总是担心学生不理解，听不明白。例如：在数学教学过程中，有些教师总是想方设法地在数学定理、公理、数量关系等方面，对学生进行反复的讲解，真正做到了“讲你千遍不厌倦”的地步，这种“满堂灌”模式限制了学生思维、独立思考和亲自动手实践能力的发展，学生虽然掌握了一些基本数理知识，但没有形成数学知识的架构能力，在独自做题的过程仍会遇到许多问题。所以，教师如果不能尽快了解学生的学习情况，就很难改变教学策略和方法，学生的作业就会出现大量的错题。

二是学生在作业中出现的错题和教师在课堂教学过程中预设的教学内容有关。……
