摘要：培养青年是新时代大学所应当承担起来的责任，科研教育育人更是"十大"教育体系的重要组成部分。科学研究和教育人才培养是新时期深化高等教育改革的主题。现在民办高校除了培养学生的自主科研性和科研精神外，还需要提高学生的科研道德。为了充分发挥民办高校科研的教育和教育功能，提高科研评价的标准，建立学术诚信的体系。本文将以宁夏理工学院电气信息工程学院作为例，通过理论和实践来达到"科研育人"的目标，深入探讨我国民办高校如何进一步加强对学生的科研思维培养、科研技术能力和科研道德，逐步培养和提高学生在理论上的实际操作和动手能力以及其自主创新能力。

Abstract：It is the responsibility of universities in the new era to train young people， and scientific research and education is an important part of the “Ten” education system. Scientific research and education personnel training are the themes of deepening higher education reform in the new era. At present， private colleges and universities need not only to cultivate students’ independent scientific research ability and spirit， but also to improve students’ scientific research ethics. In order to give full play to the educational function of scientific research in private colleges and universities， improve the evaluation standard of scientific research， and establish a system of academic integrity. This article in ningxia institute of electrical information engineering college as the example， through the theory and practice to achieve the purpose of the “science education”， discussed our country private colleges how to further strengthen the scientific research thinking of students moral cultivation， scientific research and technical ability and the scientific research， gradually cultivate and improve students’ actual operation in theory and hands-on ability as well as its capacity for independent innovation.

所謂科研教育育人便是通过科研活动来培养学生科研创新创造能力、掌握科研方法、提高思想政治道德水平的全过程。科研教育育人的目的，就是充分发挥民办高校的组织协调作用以及教师科研教育的主体作用。这是民办高校教师们提高教学的水平和教学效率的有效途径。具体来说，在高等教育中，我们的教师引导学生参与科学研究活动，这不仅能够培养学生的科学研究的素养以及科研能力，而且还能全面提高学生的思想品德和开拓创新能力，以达到立德育人的根本目的。科研教育育人是新时期我国民办高等教育院校建设和发展的必然要求。……
