摘  要：“互联网+”时代赋予高校人才培养以新的使命，充分发挥互联网在信息传递、信息共享等方面的优势，将“互联网+”深度融入传统教学，有助于推动高校在课程设置、课堂形式、教学方法、考核方式、教学管理等诸多方面的改革与创新，从而促进和加快高校教育教学改革的进程，构建“互联网+”背景下以学生为本的人才培养新模式。

Research on New Mode of Talent Training in Universities under the Background of "Internet+"

Abstract： The "Internet+" era has given the university talents training a new mission， giving full play to the advantages of the Internet in information transmission and information sharing. Integrating "Internet+" into the traditional teaching will help promote the reform and innovation of the curriculum， classroom teaching， teaching methods， examination methods and teaching management. Thus， we should accelerate and accelerate the process of education and teaching reform in universities， and build a new student oriented training mode under the background of "Internet+".

國务院总理李克强在2020年国务院政府工作报告中提出要全面推进“互联网+”，打造数字经济新优势。随着大数据、云计算、移动互联网、物联网等新一代互联网技术的快速发展，“互联网+”与各行各业的融合已无处不在，属于“互联网+”的时代已经到来。在教育领域，教育部印发的《教育信息化2.0行动计划》中提出2022年我国将建成“互联网+教育”大平台，如何充分利用先进的互联网技术和使用高效的互联网平台，并将互联网技术和互联网平台与高校传统教学及教学管理深度融合，培养具有自主学习能力和创新意识的高层次人才，这是高校需要深刻思考和研究的关键问题。

1  深化教育教学改革，开展“互联网+教学”

注重分析“互联网+”背景下高校教育的发展方向，对高校教育事业有着极其重要的价值和作用^[1]。2020年初突如其来的疫情打乱了高校正常的开学计划，但也给了高校一个尝试大规模深入开展“互联网+教学”的机会，以MOOC为代表的一系列具有丰富、高质量教学资源的网络课程、网络教学平台被广泛应用，全国各地兴起了一阵轰轰烈烈的“互联网+教学”竞赛。……
