摘  要：該文以国家级创新训练项目草原逐梦人青年扶贫队项目为例，具体分析了项目完成经历的3个阶段：实地调研阶段、平台研发阶段、模拟运营阶段。阐述了项目对“新媒体+互联网”的农产品销售新模式进行的有益探索和实践，项目在提升大学生创新创业能力和团结合作精神的同时，也为地区乡村振兴贡献了自己的力量，具有积极的实践意义。结合项目指导的实践经验，提出了针对大学生、指导教师和地方院校的开展大学生创新创业训练项目申请、指导及保障的策略。

Practice and Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students

—Take the Grassland Dreamer Youth Poverty Alleviation Team Project as an Example

Abstract： This article takes the national innovation training project Grassland Dreamer Youth Poverty Alleviation Team project as an example， and specifically analyzes the three stages of project completion： field investigation stage， platform research and development stage， and simulation operation stage. Explains the project's beneficial exploration and practice of the new agricultural product sales model of "new media + Internet". The project not only enhances the innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of college students and the spirit of unity and cooperation， but also contributes to the revitalization of the region's rural areas， it has positive practical significance. Combining the practical experience of project guidance， the strategy of application， guidance and guarantee for college students， instructors and local colleges and universities for the application， guidance and guarantee of innovation and entrepreneurship training projects for college students is proposed.

2012年教育部发布《关于做好“本科教学工程”国家级大学生创新创业训练计划实施工作的通知》，通知中正式提出全国开展国家级大学生创新创业训练计划。各高校都结合积极开展有特色的大学生创新创业大赛，以赛促创，激发大学生创新创业活力，并将优秀项目团队推荐申报国家级大学生创新创业训练项目^[1]。

该文以2020年国家级大学生创新训练项目草原逐梦人青年扶贫队为例，分析项目的完成过程及实践意义。通过项目的实践探索，让原本抽象枯燥的知识变成了具体真实的实践，学生团队的学习热情和探索新知识的积极性被充分调动起来，学生团队的专业视野得到了开阔，指导老师的和学生的创新创业热情也受到了鼓舞。
