摘  要：随着我国科技和经济的飞速发展，先进的网络信息化技术向多領域渗透，给我们的工作和生活带来了很多的便捷和巨大的变化。视频分析技术作为网络信息化技术的重要组成部分，近年来在火灾事故调查中发挥着越来越重要的作用。视频分析技术在火灾事故调查中的应用，有助于调查人员获取光线、火焰高低程度以及火势等多种信息，再以模拟动态的形式还原火灾事故发生、发展和蔓延全过程，从而查明起火原因，厘清事故责任等。

Abstract： With the rapid development of science， technology and economy in our country， advanced network information technology has penetrated into many fields， bringing a lot of convenience and tremendous changes to our work and life. As an important part of network information technology， video analysis technology has played an increasingly important role in fire accident investigations in recent years. The application of video analysis technology in the investigation of fire accidents helps investigators to use various information such as light， flame level and fire intensity to restore the whole process of fire accident occurrence， development and spread in the form of simulation dynamics， so as to find out The cause of the fire， clarification of the responsibility for the accident

视频分析技术在火灾事故调查中的应用，可以通过视频所呈现出来的信息再以模拟动态的形式将火灾事故发生前的状态以及起火原因等一系列信息进行有效的还原。视频分析技术在火灾事故中的还原作用，可以查明起火原因，很好地为后续火灾的预防、抢险以及火灾事故责任纠纷的划分提供重要的参考信息和法律证据。所以视频分析技术在火灾事故调查中的应用具有非常重要的作用。

1  视频分析技术在火灾事故调查中的重要性
