【摘  要】办好一所学校，首要的不在于硬件建设，而在于学校精神和灵魂的打造。文化是一所学校的灵魂，是学校办学得以持续发展的“根”，是学校凝聚力和活力的源泉，是育人之本，因此一所优质学校应该有自己独特的学校文化。笔者以自己所在学校为例，探讨以“阳光向党”党建工作引领学校发展，以“让每一个生命在阳光下绽放”为办学宗旨，以“阳光教师”专业成长为重点，以“阳光课程”建设为着力点，实现学校发展与师生个体发展的相互促进，开展“阳光教育”特色办学的具体路径。

Let Every Life Bloom in the Sun

——Discussion on the Special School-running Path of "Sunshine Education"

【Abstract】To run a school well， the most important thing is not the hardware construction， but the creation of the school spirit and soul. Culture is the soul of a school， the "root" of the sustainable development of the school， the source of school cohesion and vitality， and the foundation of educating people. Therefore， a high-quality school should have its own unique school culture. Taking my own school as an example， the author discusses the "sunlight to the party" party building work to lead the school development， "let every life bloom in the sun" as the school's mission， focus on the professional growth of "sunshine teachers"， and take "sunshine courses" "Construction is the focal point to realize the mutual promotion of school development and the individual development of teachers and students， and to develop a specific path for running schools with "sunshine education" characteristics.

一、专业引领，促进教师成长

幸福是什么？对于开展“阳光教育”的教师而言，幸福就是让每个生命得到阳光般的关怀，对于学生而言，幸福就是在阳光般的环境中快乐成长。“让我的爱像阳光一样包围着你，而又给你光辉灿烂的自由。”教育情怀是教师干好教育事业的不竭动力和力量源泉。为此，笔者学校制定《阳光教师教育信条》《阳光育人儿童观》《阳光教师形象》《阳光行为准则》;引导教师阅读教育家朱永新的《新教育之梦》《致教师》;向教师提出了“四零”“五感”的师德目标要求。“四零”，即教师与学生零距离，教育教学零差错，学生发展零障碍，师德问题零投诉。“五感”，即要求教师进校门有荣誉感，对工作有自豪感，对学生有亲切感，对社会有责任感，家长对教师有信任感，逐步形成“阳光教师”教育价值观。
