摘  要：以物流工程专业《工业工程》课程为例，分解育人目标，探索课程思政教育实施方法，将课程思政教学融入到教学活动全过程，并在课程总结阶段，采用翻转课堂新教学手段对学生职业素养与价值思想协同培养。最后，建立教学评价指标，基于主成分分析法评价教学效果，并建立反馈机制，根据评价结果动态调整教学内容与方法，进一步使培养结果达到预期目标。为其他专业课程开展课程思政提供了一定的思路。

Abstract： Take the“Industrial Engineering”course as a case，break down the goal of educating people， explore the implementation methods of curriculum ideological and political education， integrate course ideological and political teaching into the whole process of teaching activities， and at the stage of curriculum summarization， the new teaching method of flipping the classroom is used to cultivate students' professional qualities and values in a coordinated manner. Finally， establish teaching evaluation indicators， evaluate teaching effects based on principal component analysis and establish a feedback mechanism， dynamically adjust the teaching content and methods according to the evaluation results. According to the evaluation results， dynamically adjust the teaching content and methods what further make the training results reach the expected goal. What could provides certain ideas for other professional courses to carry out curriculum ideology and politics.

2016年，習总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应”[1]。2017年与2018年教育部分别印发了《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》与《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》文件，两份文件主体指导思想均要求大力推动与强化课程思政的发展[2]，无论从国家层面还是教育层面开展思政教育是非常必要且有意义的。将思政理念融入到高校的专业课堂教学中，对于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，厚植爱国主义情怀，提升民族自豪感与责任感，提高新时代大学生的创新能力和应用意识有着重要意义，使学生成长为心系社会并有时代担当的技术性人才。……
