摘  要：以培养物流管理专业学生职业技能为导向，选取广西民族师范学院物流管理专业为研究对象，首先对人才培养现状进行了简单梳理，进而以“教、赛、证、岗”为研究主线，设计了基于“教、赛、证、岗”四位一体的人才培养模式，从总体设计到各个主体间的相互传导机制进行了详细阐述。最后基于四位一体的人才培养模式，在借鉴现有研究的基础上，构建了物流管理人才培养质量评价的指标体系，可为高校进行人才培养质量评价提供标准和依据。

Abstract： Guided by the training of professional skills of logistics management students， the logistics management major of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities is selected as the research object. First， the current situation of talent training is briefly combed， and then“teaching， competition， certification， and post”are the main research lines. Designed a talent training model based on the four-in-one“teaching， competition， certification， and post”， from the overall design to the mutual transmission mechanism between the various subjects was elaborated. Finally， based on the four-in-one talent training model， on the basis of drawing on existing research， an index system for evaluating the quality of logistics management talent training is constructed， which can provide standards and basis for the evaluation of talent training quality in universities.

0  引  言

隨着社会经济的快速发展，实体经济行业对物流的依赖性越来越强，从而带动对物流人才的需求呈逐年增长态势。作为高校物流管理教育工作者，如何培养满足社会需求的高质量复合型物流人才，需要从多方面加以考虑，人才培养既要符合高校办学要求，又要紧跟社会发展脚步。

目前学术界对物流管理人才培养的研究已取得一些成果，但视角和切入点各有差异，大多是较为孤立地讨论专业建设、教学实践、技能竞赛、资格证书、职业岗位等某一方面对人才培养的影响，而鲜有文献将其进行融合研究，且当前研究大多针对高职院校展开，对应用型本科院校的研究较少。因此，本文拟以复合型物流管理人才的培养为出发点，将教学实践、技能竞赛、专业证书、职业岗位等因素通盘考虑，构建四位一体的人才培养模式，以期培养的人才更符合企业需求，具有更强的择业竞争力。……
