[摘要]为适应医学检验技术专业的调整和改革，亟须建立基于新专业目录及新培养目标的实习教学体系，科室以培养目标和社会需求为导向，根据前期经验、调查研究及学习借鉴，结合实习教学与检验科具体工作，自2018年起探索实施医学检验技术专业本科生毕业实习的教学体系，通过优化教学内容、重组教学团队、建立评价与考核体系，提出并设计了基于岗位的“一对一”带教、毕业设计（论文）导师制等实习教学方式，构建了以实习项目为基础的实习教学方案。为培养适应未来检验医学发展需求的高素质、创新性人才提供了新的思路与经验，为不断完善并规范化医学检验技术专业本科生实习教学体系奠定了基础。

Teaching exploration and practice of graduation internship for undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology

[Abstract] In order to adapt to the adjustment and reform of medical laboratory technology specialty， it is urgent to establish an internship teaching system based on the new specialty directory and new training objectives. Guided by the training objectives and social needs， according to the previous experience， investigation and study， combined with the specific work of internship teaching and the department of medical laboratory， since 2018， the department has explored and implemented the teaching system of graduation internship for undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology. By optimizing the teaching content， reorganizing the teaching team， and establishing an evaluation and assessment system， the post-based "one-to-one" teaching， graduation project （thesis） tutorial system and other the internship teaching methods have been proposed and designed， and the internship teaching scheme based on the internship project has been constructed. These provide new ideas and experience for training high- quality and innovative talents to meet the needs of future development of laboratory medicine， and lay a foundation for continuously improving and standardizing the internship teaching system for undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology.

2012年，教育部普通高等學校本科专业目录要求将以往目录中的5年制“医学检验”（医学学士）更改为4年制“医学检验技术”（理学学士）”，4年制医学检验技术本科的培养目标为：培养具有基础医学、临床医学、医学检验等方面的基础理论知识和能力，能在各级医院、血站、防疫站等部门从事医学检验及医学类实验室工作的高级人才[1-2]。为适应医学检验技术专业的调整和培养目标的改革，亟须探索与新专业目录及新培养目标相适应的毕业实习教学体系，科室自2018年接收第一批四年制医学检验技术专业本科实……
