摘 要：云班课是一种信息化教学手段，这种基于智能移动终端的混合式教学方式备受学生欢迎。该文对云班课混合式教学在园艺产品贮藏与加工课程教学中的应用效果进行探究。结果表明，基于云班课的混合式教学增强了师生互动，提升了学生学习兴趣，有助于教师对学生进行过程性评价和教学效果反思。

Exploration and Application of the Mixed Teaching Mode Online and Offline in the Teaching of Storage and Processing of Horticultural Products

Abstract： As an information-based teaching method， the hybrid teaching method based on intelligent mobile terminal is popular among students. In this paper， the cloud class hybrid teaching in the teaching of horticultural products storage and processing is explored. The course practice shows that the blended teaching based on cloud class enhances the interaction between teachers and students，students′ interest in learning has been enhanced.It is helpful for teachers to evaluate students and reflect on teaching effect.

当今互联网技术飞速发展，高职院校学生上课注意力不集中，课堂气氛死板，课堂玩手机等现象屡禁不止。教师利用互聯网、移动终端等现代信息化技术构建线上网络教学平台，学生可利用线上网络平台中的视频、教学PPT、案例、试题等课程资源完成预习;而在线下课堂，教师根据学生的线上学习情况，有针对性地进行讲解，答疑解惑，帮助学生掌握教学难点和重点，完成相应的教学目标。手机安装云班课APP，就能在课堂上实现教师与学生的手机联动，既杜绝了学生注意力不集中、玩手机等现象，同时增加了教师与学生课堂上的互动，调动学生学习积极性，改善了课堂教学生态。

1 园艺产品贮藏与加工课程教学现状

传统教学中，教师往往只注重课堂理论的讲解，缺少师生互动。教师在教学中采取“一言堂”“满堂灌”的教学方法，只向学生讲授理论知识，不注重课堂效果和课堂生态。学生被动接受学习，不思考，只会死记硬背，导致知识不能学以致用，在实践中遇到问题不能独立解决。……
