【摘    要】劳动教育对于学生动手能力和实践能力的培养都具有十分重要的作用。倡导学生德智体美劳全面发展，学校、社会、家庭三方要协同合作，为学生构建完整的勞动教育平台，让学生在劳动教育中养成良好的行为习惯，具备崇高的社会责任感，从小树立正确的劳动意识与劳动观念，在未来自觉承担起建设特色社会主义事业的重担，成为优秀的社会主义人才。

Analysis on the Strategy and Practice of Primary School Labor Education in Tripartite Cooperation Platform

【Abstract】Labor education plays a very important role in cultivating students' practical ability and practical ability.Advocate the comprehensive development of students' morality， intelligence， physical ，aesthetics and labor， the three of the school， the society， the family should work together， for the students to build a complete platform for the labor education， make students form good habits in the labor education， have high sense of social responsibility， and since the childhood to set up correct concept of consciousness and labor， consciously in the future to shoulder the burden of the cause of socialist construction characteristics， growth for socialist talents.

党中央明确指出，要构建与学校、家庭、社会为主的三方合作平台，为学生开展劳动教育提供平台和资源，建立小学生劳动教育立体网络。当代学生缺乏劳动意识，不善于进行劳动锻炼，生活水平的提高使家长对孩子过于溺爱，平时极少要求孩子在家进行劳动锻炼，更有许多家长认为孩子最重要的事情是学习，其他事情都不重要，导致许多学生缺乏正确的劳动观念，这种情况不利于学生的成长与发展，要改善这一现状，就要积极构建家校社三方合作平台，对学生实行劳动教育。本文针对小学劳动教育在三方合作平台中的策略进行以下具体分析。

一、家长和教师做好示范

家庭是学生生活和学习的重要场所，父母对学生的影响不亚于教师，因此，父母在家庭中要做好对学生的劳动示范，以自身的言行来感染和影响学生，意识到身教大于言传，小学生正是喜欢模仿大人言行的时期，父母每天在学生面前辛勤劳动，学生自然也会依样学样，平时父母做到讲究卫生，爱护环境，学生也会自觉主动地捡起地上的垃圾送入垃圾箱，这是父母给学生无言的教育，这种教育方式能够达到润物细无声的效果。……
