【摘    要】幼儿教育的进步，让自主生活能力的培养成为重要研究课题。在幼儿园教育过程中，教师要全面了解当代幼儿的学习特点和生活方式，调动生活资源，培养幼儿的自主性，让幼儿成为具有自主生活能力的人。积极贯彻幼儿教育指南中的理念，结合幼儿教学的实际情况，为幼儿创设自主发展的环境，对幼儿教育进步至关重要。

【Abstract】The advancement of Early Childhood Education has made the cultivation of independent living ability an important research topic. In the process of kindergarten education， teachers must fully understand the learning characteristics and lifestyles of contemporary children， mobilize life resources， cultivate children's autonomy， and make children have the ability to live independently. Actively implementing the concepts in the guidelines for Early Childhood Education， combining the actual situation of early childhood teaching， creating an environment for children's independent development， is vital to the advancement of Early Childhood Education.

引导幼儿自主生活，让他们在体验中健康、积极、快乐地成长，是每一位幼儿教育工作者的教学目标和原则。在培养良好行为习惯和生活技能的关键时期，幼儿教师要合理利用幼儿园内的诸多资源，促进幼儿良好行为习惯的形成。在日常幼儿教育过程中，引导幼儿自主思考、自主落实，成为独立的生活者和社会人，对幼儿来讲受益终生。

一、利用入园活动，培养幼儿自主生活能力

幼儿教师要利用好每天入园这一重要契机，通过晨间活动的开展，促进幼儿自主生活，给幼儿更多的自主选择权利。幼儿清晨醒来，其生理机能都属于启动状态，在入园之后，幼儿园会开展晨间活动，让幼儿活动活动肢体，锻炼身体，为接下来一天的生活调整好状态，整理好情绪，使其活力散发出来。有效的晨间活动，能让幼儿更有精神地面对全新的生活，更加积极地参加到幼儿园的学习和生活活动中。有效的晨间活动，对幼儿园整体教学质量有着至关重要的影响。……
