摘 要：随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代，城市民族工作面临着新形势、新任务、新情况，出现了一些新问题，这对城市民族工作提出了更大挑战。做好城市民族工作是城镇化规律的内在要求，也是筑牢中华民族共同体意识的内在要求。随着城镇化的发展，城市中少数民族流动人口增加，城市中社区互嵌趋势日趋增强。当前城市民族工作中存在治理体系不完善、相关法律法规滞后等问题。做好城市民族工作，要践行共治共建共享的理念并进行全面治理，这需要政府、相关职能部门、社区、群众各主体的共同参与。

Research on New Situations and New Issues in Urban Ethnic Work

Abstract：With the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era， urban ethnic work is also facing new trend， new tasks， new situations， and some new problems， which poses a greater challenge to the urban ethnic work. Doing a good job of urban ethnic work is the inherent requirement of the law of urbanization， and also the inherent requirement of building a strong sense of the Chinese national community. With the development of urbanization， the floating population of ethnic minorities in cities has increased， and the trend of mutual embeddings of urban communities is also increasing. At present， there are some problems in urban ethnic work， such as the imperfect governance system of urban ethnic work and the lag of relevant laws and regulations. To do a good job of urban ethnic work， we must practice the concept of co-governance， co-construction and sharing and conduct comprehensive governance. This requires the joint participation of the government， relevant functional departments， communities and the masses.

城市民族工作是完善現代化城市建设工作的一个关键环节，也是现代化城市治理的重要组成部分。随着经济社会及新型城镇化的推进，我国各民族之间人口的跨地区流动更为积极，少数民族之间人口的流动也明显增多，纷纷向具有强大聚集效应的大中型城市迁移^[1]。在新的时代背景下，城市民族工作必然面临着新形势、新任务，甚至可能会出现一些新问题，这对城市民族工作提出了更大的挑战。

一、做好城市民族工作的重要性

新中国成立后，在民族工作发展进程中，城市民族工作最初是包含在杂散的民族工作中。改革开放后，城市民族工作作为一个独立的概念被逐步提出，关于城市民族工作的机制也在不断探索，逐步发展为特有的民族工作领域。……
