摘要：近年来，我国经济迅速发展，社会更新换代的速度也越来越快，企业也需要越来越多的专业技术型人才，特别是对于机械专业来说，这也对机械专业的教学提出了更高的标准，对养出的学生提出了更高的要求。为了更好地适应时代的发展，要创新教学方法，开展实训教学。本文首先从教育的方面概述实训教学的内涵，再分析当前学校在机械专业实训教学过程中存在哪些不足，最后提出学校机械专业在实训教学过程中的应对策略，以最大程度符合社会的用人标准。

Abstract： In recent years， the rapid development of China's economy， the speed of social upgrading is also faster and faster， enterprises also need more and more professional and technical talents， especially for the mechanical major， which also put forward higher standards for the teaching of the mechanical major， and put forward higher requirements for the students. In order to better adapt to the form of The Times， it is necessary to innovate teaching methods and carry out practical teaching. This paper first summarizes the connotation of practical training teaching from the aspect of education， and then analyzes the shortcomings existing in the practical training teaching process of mechanical major in the current school， and finally puts forward the coping strategies in the practical training teaching process of mechanical major in the school， so as to meet the employment standards of the society to the greatest extent.

0  引言

随着时代的不断发展，社会对基础加工与自动化机械加工的毕业生提出了更高的要求。为了适应时代的发展，机械专业在教学过程中要创新教学方法，探索出更好的教学模式，开展实践教学，为社会培养出更多高质量的专业型人才。

1  学校机械专业实训教学策略

1.1 创设情境教学模式，引导学生实践

创设情境就是根据教学内容和教学目的设定适当的情景，使学生可以积极主动的学习。机械专业车床实训涉及到很多知识，具体内容有金属材料学、机械制图学、工程动力学和加工工艺学的基础性学科。学校机械专业的教师要对所学课程进行合理安排，激发学生进行实训课程的学习兴趣。教师在进行实训教学过程中要突破传统的教学模式的束缚，采用教学合一的方法，调动起学生学习实训课程的兴趣。……
