摘要：在我国的教育体系中，学校的教育属于职业教育体系中的重要组成部分，其主要是在义务教育阶段基础上，进行高素质的专业技能型人才的培训教育，以实现让学生满足具体的职业岗位需求。在学校中，机械制造专业是一个传统的热门专业，当前在现代制造业的不断发展下，机械制造专业又逐渐开始受到重视，但在实际教学中则有了更高的教学要求，教师不能仅延用传统的教学模式和教学内容，要根据时代发展需要不断进行教学创新和改进，以实现教学改革工作的有效推进，让学生能够在进入社会后能够更快的适应具体的工作。

Abstract： In China's education system， the education of schools is an important part of the vocational education system， which is mainly based on the compulsory education stage， the training and education of high-quality professional skilled talents， so as to enable students to meet the specific needs of vocational positions. In schools， professional machinery manufacturing is a traditional popular major， currently under the development of modern manufacturing， machinery manufacturing professional and gradually began to be taken seriously， but in the practical teaching is teaching at a higher request， the teacher not only extended the traditional teaching mode and teaching content， should according to the needs of times development on innovation and improvement in teaching， so as to realize the effective teaching reform forward， to let the students after entering the society to be able to adapt to specific work.

0  引言

在我國的现代化发展进程中，机械制造业是重要的支柱产业，当前随着社会发展进入新常态，机械制造业也面临着转型升级的道路发展需求，要转变以往的劳动力密集型和原材料高投入低附加值状况，提高自主创新能力，多生产高新技术产品，这也使得对高水平、高素质的机械制造专业人员需求变得不断增加。学校作为培养专业实用型人才的重要教育环节，要抓住时代发展的机遇，迎接机械制造业发展的教学挑战，以实现让机械制造专业的学生能够接受到良好的教育培养，为社会提供源源不断的优秀人才。

1  现代制造下机械制造专业面临的教学问题

1.1 教学方式未得到有效创新

当前，在我国很多学校中，受到教师观念和意识未得到更新，学生学习积极性不高，以及教学条件限制等多方面因素的影响，使得虽然教学改革政策已经推出，但教学方式的创新工作一直很难完全实现。……
