摘要：随着航空产业和高职教育的发展，高职院校在培养学生操作技能的同时，越来越重视对学生理论知识的传授，培养符合产业要求的生产一线技术人员。通过《现代飞机制造技术》这门课程的学习不仅能够使学生形成完整的知识体系，还能锻炼学生运用所学理论知识解决实际问题的能力。只有当抽象的理论知识和生产实际相联系时，学生才会对飞机制造产生兴趣，很多理论知识才容易被理解。本文阐述了案例教学法在《现代飞机制造技术》中的应用，较好地提升学生的学习兴趣，提高课堂教学质量，对技能型人才培养具有借鉴意义。

Abstract： With the development of aviation industry and higher vocational education， Higher professional technical institutes pay more attention on the teaching of students' theoretical knowledge while training students' operational skills， so as to train front-line production technicians meeting the industry requirements. Students can not only be able to form a complete knowledge system， but also be able to train students' ability for solving practical problems with the theoretical knowledge they have learned， by learning Modern Aircraft Manufacturing Technology. Students become interested in aircraft manufacturing and much theoretical knowledge can be easily understood only when abstract theoretical knowledge is connected with production practice. This paper expounds the application of case teaching method in Modern Aircraft Manufacturing Technology， which can improve students' learning interest and classroom teaching quality， and has reference significance for cultivating skilled talents.

0  引言

随着国家航空产业发展及相关机型换代升级的需要，对从事生产的工人的技术水平提出了新的要求，即除操作技能需达到一定水平外，还需掌握一定的理论知识。由于近年来选择进入高职院校飞机制造相关专业继续学习的学生数量逐年攀升，导致不同学生的理论基础水平差异明显，对现代飞机制造技术理论知识的接受能力明显不同。《现代飞机制造技术》的授课内容是飞机制造相关知识的综合，也是对各前续课程主要内容的梳理，学习的目的在于使学生在脑海中形成一个相对完整的有关飞机制造的知识体系，只有在知识体系完整的前提条件下，才能够解决飞机制造过程中遇到的实际问题。……
