摘 要 论文阐述了公私藏书融合发展的基本原理。从当前我国大学图书馆财力瓶颈、藏书建设与相关主体之间的矛盾出发，研究大学图书馆公私藏书融合发展的必要性;从读者私藏的丰富性、读者素养的高阶性、大学位置的优越性、现代社会制度的健全性、大学图书馆管理手段的规范性出發，研究大学图书馆公私藏书融合发展的可行性;从私人藏书权属、大学图书馆图书漂流规范化、公私藏书的相互延伸出发，研究大学图书馆公私藏书融合发展的途径。

Abstract This paper expounds the basic principles of the integration and development of public and private collections. Starting from the current financial bottleneck of university library in our country， the contradiction between the construction of collection books and related subjects， the necessity of the integration and development of public and private collections in university libraries is studied. Based on the richness of the readers private collection， the high order of the readers literacy， the superiority of the university position， the perfection of the modern social system and the standardization of the management means of the university library， the feasibility of the integration and development of the public and private collections of the university library is studied. Starting from the ownership of private collections， the standardization of the rafting of university library books， and the mutual extension of public and private collections， this paper studies the ways of the integration and development of public and private collections in university libraries.

公私藏书融合，顾名思义，即公有藏书与私人藏书的交融汇合，其表象是就私有藏书进行使用权甚至所有权的有限或无限出让，使之与社会发生有限或无限的关联，以达到与公共藏书共同满足社会发展对于知识的需求，推动社会正向发展的目标;其实质则是社会在前进发展过程中已凸显了其公用资源在某一方面的不足，以致可能引发较为严重的供需矛盾。此时，如果包含公私资源在内的整个社会资源在该方面的总量，即便不能完全满足全社会需求，也可以通过适当途径把私有资源引入公用资源供给系统，以私有资源贴补或协助公用资源的形式，尽量缩小或缓和资源供需矛盾。此即矛盾内因原理在公私藏书融合中的表现。

大学图书馆藏书具备公有性，故以上原理同样适于大学图书馆。当前，我国大学图书馆也普遍遇到了藏书现状与读者需求之间的较大矛盾，而又无力在短时间内设法自给。……
