摘 要 高校图书馆空间再造研究处于不断探索时期，文章尝试从价值链的理论视角进行研究，旨在克服高校图书馆空间再造过程中服务附加值提升的难点，探索空间再造的方向与路径，以期为相关领域研究提供一定的参考依据。由此，在文献分析的基础上，从价值链的视角出发，绘制出高校图书馆空间再造的思维导图，以此构建出空间再造价值链的活动模型，明晰高附加值的关键活动环节。从这一模型着手研究分析，认为高校图书馆空间再造将以开放的设计理念，优质的服务质量，不断向“微笑曲线”的两端攀升，才能进一步提升高校图书馆空间再造服务附加值。

Abstract The research on space reconstruction of university library is in the period of continuous exploration. This paper attempts to study from the theoretical perspective of value chain， aiming to overcome the difficulties of service added value promotion in the process of space reconstruction of university library， and explore the direction and path of space reconstruction， in order to provide some reference for the research in related fields. On the basis of literature analysis， from the perspective of value chain， this paper draws a mind map of the space reconstruction of university library， so as to construct the activity model of the spatial reconstruction value chain， and clarify the key activities of high value-added activities. On the basis of the model， it is believed that with the open design concept and high-quality service quality， the space reconstruction of university library will continue to climb to the two ends of the “smile curve” to further improve the added value of space service of university library.

0 引言

“互联网+”时代，高校图书馆正在从以物理馆舍和印本文献为特征的传统图书馆，走向以智慧化和现代化为标志的新型图书馆。依据教育部印发的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的通知精神[1]，图书馆应不断提高知识服务水平，采用现代化技术改进服务方式，优化服务空间，注重用户体验，提高馆藏文献利用率和服务效率。而图书馆空间作为图书馆多维度的主体，优化空间资源，不断提高服务效率将是高校图书馆未来的发展趋势。

随着教育信息化、数字化新媒体时代的到来，高校图书馆的馆舍空间不仅是“藏书空间”“阅览空间”“学习交流空间”，更是“信息共享空间”“智慧空间”“创客空间”“文化空间”“交流空间”等。……
