摘 要 中药活性评价是中药研究中的一个重要环节，但由于评价药效的模型相对单一，严重限制了其现代化发展。秀丽隐杆线虫作为生命科学领域重要的模式生物，因其个体小、繁殖快、易培养、基因序列清楚等特点，近年来常被应用于各种人类疾病的研究中，建立了众多适用于不同疾病类型的秀丽隐杆线虫模型，并用于药物的活性评价与筛选及作用机制研究，而且已报道利用秀丽隐杆线虫作为模式生物评价具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤、治疗神经退行性疾病、抗菌等作用的中药成分的活性。

Application and prospect of Caenorhabditis elegans in activity evaluation and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine

ABSTRACT The activity evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is an important link in the research of TCM， but its modern development is severely restricted due to the relatively single technical method of the evaluation model of drug efficacy. Caenorhabditis elegans as an important model organism has been often applied in the study of various human diseases in recent years because of its small size， fast reproduction， easy cultivation， clear gene sequence and so on. Many models of Caenorhabditis elegans suitable for different types of diseases are established and used for the evaluation and screening of the activity of drugs and the study on their mechanism. In addition， it has been reported to use Caenorhabditis elegans as a model organism to evaluate the activity of anti-aging， anti-tumor， neurodegenerative diseases， antibacteria of Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients.

中药活性成分评价在中药研究中至关重要，但目前中药活性成分评价的技术方法较单一，是中药活性成分研究中的瓶颈问题[1]。近年来，秀丽隐杆线虫因其易于培养、虫体透明、基因序列清楚等特点逐步成为生命科学领域重要的模式生物，被广泛应用于各种人类疾病的研究及药物活性的筛选中。目前已有研究表明，其可以应用于抗衰老、抗肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、抗菌及药物作用机制的研究中。

1 秀丽隐杆线虫概述

秀丽隐杆线虫（Caenorhabditis elegans）是一种个体小、无毒无害且可以独立生存的线虫。因其具有易于培养、维护成本低、繁殖快、虫体透明易于观察等特点，目前被广泛应用于分子遗传学、发育生物学、神经科学和细胞生物学等领域[2]，是良好的模式生物。……
