摘 要 中药膏方是以中医药理论为基础的传统中药剂型，临床应用广泛。在促进健康和养生保健等方面，中药膏方正在发挥着越来越积极的作用。通过查阅近几年中药膏方相关文献，结合工作实践中的经验，从膏方的渊源、制备的工艺要点及3个质量控制参考指标进行综述研究，以期为中药膏方将传统与创新相结合，形成一套规范化、科学化和合理化的制备工艺和质量标准体系提供参考，适应现代化发展的需要。

Research progress in the technology for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine paste

ABSTRACT Traditional Chinese medicine paste is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and is widely used in clinical practice. It has been playing an increasingly active role in promoting health and health care. The origin， key points of preparation technology and three quality control reference indexes of the paste were reviewed by consulting the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine paste in recent years and combining the experience in work practice. It hopes to provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine paste to combine the tradition and innovation to form a standardized， scientific and reasonable preparation technology and quality standard system， so as to meet the needs of modern development.

膏方是指將中药饮片煎煮取汁，蒸发浓缩，加入阿胶等动物胶质、滋补细料及黄酒、蜂蜜、糖或木糖醇制成的半流体状或者固体状物[1]。膏方根据其所用中药饮片及辅料的差异，常分为素膏、荤膏和蜜膏等。浓度高、体积小、疗效理想、服用便捷、适用性广是中药膏方的特点。在促进健康和养生保健等方面，中药膏方正在发挥着越来越积极的作用。膏方常被用在冬令进补上，但现在不仅局限于此，也用于一些慢性病的调理。膏方疗效有保证的前提是：资深的中医师辨证、科学合理的膏方处方、质量“上乘”的中药饮片，以及严谨规范的制备工艺[2]。膏方的制备工艺过程繁多庞杂，每一步制作工序都须严格遵守[3]。但是现行膏方制作工艺并没有统一标准，而且制膏设备的性能、制作人员的资质及制备工艺标准等方面的差异，导致成品膏的质量参差不齐。……
