摘 要 目的：明确苯丙林搽剂生产工艺中的重要参数及处方中乙醇具体使用量，从而提高苯丙林搽剂的生产工艺的可控性和重现性，提高制剂质量控制水平。方法：本产品工艺验证批次为3批，验证每批的配液、灌装工艺。中间品检查项目为性状观察和鉴别实验，成品检查项目为装量、外观质量、含量测定和微生物限度检查。结果：3批苯丙林搽剂的中间品、成品各项目均符合规定，工艺重现性良好。结论：本次验证工作达到了预期效果，验证结果符合设计要求和《医疗机构制剂配制质量管理规范》要求。

Validation of the production process of hospital preparation benproperine liniment

ABSTRACT Objective： To clarify the important parameters in the production process of benpropeline liniment and the specific amount of ethanol used in the prescription， so as to improve the controllability and reproducibility of its production process and the quality control level of the preparations. Methods： Three batches of preparations were involved in and the liquid dispensing and filling process of each batch were verified. The inspection items for intermediates were character observation and identification experiments， and the inspection items for final products were loading quantity， appearance quality， content determination and microbial limit inspection. Results： The various items of the intermediates and final products of 3 batches of benpropeline liniment met the requirements of the regulations and the process reproducibility was good. Conclusion： The verification work achieves the expected effect and the results meet the requirements of the design and the Good Preparation Practice.

随着《医疗机构制剂配制质量管理规范（试行）》《医疗机构制剂注册管理办法（试行）》《医疗机构制剂配制监督管理办法（试行）》等一系列法规的出台，国家对医疗机构制剂的管理越来越趋于规范、科学[1]。《医疗机构制剂配制质量管理规范（试行）》第五十九条规定：“新制剂的配制工艺及主要设备应按验证方案进行验证。当影响制剂质量的主要因素，如配制工艺或质量控制方法、主要原辅料、主要配制设备等发生改变时，以及配制一定周期后，应进行再验证。所有验证记录应归档保存。”医院制剂真正对配制工艺进行验证的寥寥无几，这不仅是由于医疗机构制剂品种多、配制批量小，生产的联动流水线不易形成，而且缺少相应的参考文献[2]。……
