摘 要 助力医药企业在项目研发阶段的效率，探索与其更合适的孵化要素和模式，不断强化医药企业可持续发展的原动力。通过研究孵化器成功的必要因素、发展的未来趋势，结合国内的市场需求，分析现阶段医药企业的实际孵化案例，对医药企业的孵化新生态和孵化模式提出想法。

New eco-park of incubator industry

ABSTRACT To help pharmaceutical companies to improve their efficiency in the project research stage and explore more suitable incubation elements and modes， in order to continuously strengthen the driving force of the sustainable development of pharmaceutical companies. The essential factors of the success and the future development trend of incubator are focused on. With the combination of the market demand in China， the actual incubation cases of pharmaceutical companies at this stage are analyzed and some suggestions are provided for the new ecology and mode of incubator of pharmaceutical companies.

企業孵化器是以促进科技成果转化、培养高新技术企业和企业家为宗旨的科技创业服务机构。主要功能是以科技型中小企业为服务对象，为入孵企业提供研发、中试生产、经营的场地和办公方面的共享设施，提供政策、管理、法律、财务、融资、市场推广和培训等方面的服务，以降低企业的创业风险和创业成本，提高企业的成活率和成功率。

1 孵化器行业的前世今生

1.1 孵化器的发展历程

自1959年第一家孵化器贝特维亚工业中心在美国诞生至今，孵化器行业走过了近50年的发展历程，而中国第一家孵化器武汉东湖创业中心创立于1987年。我国企业孵化器经历了二十几年的发展，已经进入稳定发展期。在2010年，我国孵化器已经由164家发展到了894家，成为仅次于美国的孵化器大国[1]。

结合美国医药孵化的经验和历程，医药行业孵化器可分如下4个发展阶段：1.0版本“小实验室”即基础的实验空间；加入先进的设备仪器并面向市场的2.0版本“大实验室”；再加入资本和CROs的 3.0版本 “园区”；再加入CDMO并实现以上所有资源的生态循环即4.0版本“生态”。……
