【摘    要】这些年国家对学生的教育越来越重视，并颁布了新的教学政策，让学生能够主动进行学习，碰到问題时，可以通过自己的方式解决问题。对于初中的道德与法治课程来说，以往教师在讲课的过程中存在一些不足之处，影响了学生的参与兴趣。为了促使学生更好地进入这门课程中，加强他们的法治教育，教师应积极改善以往的上课思路，根据学生的现实情况采用适合他们的上课方式。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Law Education in the Teaching of Morality and Law in Junior Middle Schools

【Abstract】These years the country pays more and more attention to the education of students， and issued a new teaching policy， so that students can take the initiative to learn， encounter problems， can solve the problem through their own way.For the course of morality and rule of law in junior high school， there are some shortcomings in the teaching process of teachers in the past， which affect students' interest in participation.In order to encourage students to participate in this course better and strengthen their rule of law education， teachers should actively improve their previous teaching ideas and adopt suitable teaching methods according to students' actual situations.

一、初中道德与法治的教学现状

（一）学校对法治教学课程的重视程度不够

现如今学生的学习压力增大，初中生将学习目光主要放到了专业课的学习上，教师在讲课的过程中也是根据应试考试的内容有选择性地给学生讲课，因为对于初中的道德与法治课程来说，在中考中的比例不大，所以教师在课堂上基本是给学生讲述相关的知识理论，让他们记忆背诵，这样的上课方式没有激发出法治教育的作用。

（二）缺乏法治教育的实践环节

对于道德与法治课来说，本身就是一种实践性比较强的知识，初中生在学习和生活中很少接触到与法律有关的知识，因此教师在初中道德与法治教学中更应该加强学生的法治教育。然而教师在讲述这方面的知识内容时，通常是根据课本上的知识点，让学生将学习的重点用笔画下来，基本上很少在课堂上通过情景再现向学生讲述相关的法律知识，从而导致学生虽然能够将相关的法律知识熟记于心，但是在现实生活中碰到一些问题时不会灵活运用，使课程内容教学成了一种形式。……
