摘要健康中国背景下，以“病人为中心”向“以健康为中心”转变的健康模式，对当代医学人才的培养也提出了新的要求。如何加强医学生健康教育技能及专业人才培养对落实健康中国行动有重要意义。健康教育的教学主要以理论讲授为主，实践机会较少，教学方法单一，导致医学生毕业工作后不具备开展健康教育活动的能力。本文将任务导向教学法应用于儿科健康教育技能实践教学中，探索如何运用任务导向法提高学生主动学习能力，促进健康教育与健康促进的教学与实践，为培养具有“大健康”理念的新型儿科医学人才打下基础。

Discussion on Task Oriented Method in Practical Teaching of Pediatric Health Education Skills

AbstractUnder the background of healthy China，the health model from “patient-centered”to“health-centered”also puts forward new requirements for the training of contemporary medical talents. How to strengthen the training of medical students' health education skills and professionals is of great significance to the implementation of healthy China action. The teaching of health education mainly focuses on theoretical teaching，with few practical opportunities and single teaching methods，which leads to medical students' lack of the ability to carry out health education activities after graduation. This paper applies the task-oriented teaching method to the practical teaching of pediatric health education skills，explores how to use the task-oriented method to improve students' active learning ability，promote the teaching and practice of health education and health promotion，and lay a foundation for cultivating new pediatric medical talents with the concept of “Great health”.

進入21世纪以来，我国的健康教育与健康促进工作迅猛发展，成果显著，但仍有很多医疗工作者并未充分意识到健康教育的重要性，很多没有接受过健康教育理论与技能的专业学习或培训，其健康教育的专业素质跟不上实际工作的需求，在很大程度上限制了健康教育工作的开展。[1]为了解决当前健康问题的现实途径，落实健康中国战略，充分调动医务人员参与健康促进与教育工作的积极性，《健康中国行动（2019-2030年）》明确提出，建立建全并完善医疗卫生机构和医务人员健康教育与健康促进的绩效考核机制。健康教育与健康促进工作能力将是新时代医务人员的基本技能，其重要性不言而喻。因此，通过改进教学方法，增加医学生健康教育技能实践，最终实现提升医疗工作者开展健康教育活动工作能力的目标具有重要的现实意义。……
