摘要受制于实训场地和教学设施硬件不足，当前国内高校经管类课程始终难以解决人多机少、实训欠缺以及训而不真、训而不实的难题。本文探索在现有资源条件下，尽可能利用已有软硬件设施和普通教室，通过智慧教学平台结合行动学习，从实训设施、内容、过程及形式等角度构建因地制宜、因课制宜、真实任务驱动、集约高效的智能化、线上线下混合式实训教学模式，改善实训课教学效果和理论深度，让更多学生得到实训的机会，提高学生理论水平和实操能力。

Construction of Intelligent Training Mode of Economic and Management Courses Based on Intelligent Teaching Platform and Action Learning

AbstractThe hardware of the training venue and teaching facilities is subject to insufficient hardware. The current domestic universities always have difficulties to solve the problem of less people，the lack of training，and untrue training. This paper explores that under existing resource conditions，uses the existing soft and hardware facilities and ordinary classrooms，through the intention of the intelligent teaching platform，from the perspective of training facilities，content，process and form，etc. Task driver，intelligent，online，offline mixed training mode，improve the teaching effect and theoretical depth of training，so more students will receive training opportunities，improve students' theoretical level and practical ability.

实训是锻炼学生能力的必不可少的重要环节。但是，高校经管模拟实验室的稀缺造成实训课开设欠缺，学生巨大的实训需求与硬件稀缺形成冲突性矛盾。同时，即使已经开设的实训课也普遍存在训而不真、实训效果不佳的问题。当前学者们的研究主要集中在硬件方面，重点研究智慧学习环境、智慧实训室建设。然而，对智慧实训室外的场所如普通教室如何有效开展实训、对实训教学模式如何优化等问题的研究较少。

1现存的主要问题

1.1实训设施有限，欠缺实训场所和资源

高校经管类实训教学包括工具软件的使用、模拟竞争及仿真操作、联合企业开展顶岗实习等形式。目前经管类实训大部分以软硬件模拟环境为主，教学方式以课内模拟仿真实训为主，如采用ERP沙盘模拟形式开展实训，一般在经管模拟实验室内进行，然而，高校经管模拟实验室数量较少，实训课开设欠缺，学生巨大的实训需求与硬件稀缺形成冲突性矛盾。……
