摘要创新创业教育对提升高校学生综合素质起着重要作用。随着大学生就业形势日趋严峻，创新创业教育越来越受到广泛關注。授课教师及其工作是创新创业教育的核心，加强师资队伍的建设有助于国家和社会的高速发展。本文基于我国高校创新创业教育教师岗位设置存在的问题，从“选用育留”四个方面和教师岗位五个维度特征对我国高校创新创业教育师资建设路径进行研究。

Research on the Construction Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities in China

AbstractInnovation and entrepreneurship education plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of college students. With the increasingly severe employment situation of college students，innovation and entrepreneurship education has attracted more and more attention. Teachers and their work are the core of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Strengthening the construction of teachers is conducive to the rapid development of the country and society. Based on the problems existing in the post setting of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in Colleges and universities in China，this paper studies the path of teacher construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China from the four aspects of “selection，application，education and retention”and the five dimensional characteristics of teacher posts.

1高校创新创业教育教师岗位设置存在的问题

1.1创新创业教育师资力量薄弱

为满足培养和提高大学生的创新意识和创业能力的社会性需求，创新创业教育教师应相应提高专业水平、教学技能和实践能力，从而使得授课师资力量薄弱成为亟待解决的问题。

创新创业教育教师数量不足，大班教学不能满足创新创业教育的需求。以河北某财经类高校为例，创新创业课程是面向全校学生的通识选修课，其中“职业生涯规划”和“大学生就业与创业”为本科生必选课程，采用大班教学制。这种教育模式往往不具有针对性，授课内容较笼统;不仅违背了创新创业教育的初衷，也降低了学生对该课程的重视程度。因此，教学效果大大削弱。

创新创业教育教师教非所学，专业水平、教学技能和实践能力不能满足学生和社会的需求。目前，我国高校创新创业课程主要由专职教师和专职辅导员来承担讲授任务，从而使得教师所学专业与任教学科并不一致的现象较为普遍。……
