摘  要：“翻转课堂”已经成为高等学校教学改革的方向标。不动产估价课程是高等学校土地资源管理和房地产经营管理等相关专业的核心专业基础课。文章拟在“翻转课堂”理念的基础上引入案例教学法，将二者嫁接，形成一个有机整体，并将之应用到不动产估价课程教学之中。在实际操作中，以帮助学生在课堂上把课前所学的知识内化、提升为目标，结合不动产估价课程应用性较强的特点，从课前-课中-课后三个环节进行课堂教学模式的设计。教学效果表明，基于“翻转课堂”理念的案例教学法能够有效提升学生综合分析和运用知识的能力。

Abstract： "Flipped classroom" has become the direction of teaching reform in colleges and universities. "Real Estate Appraisal" course is the core professional basic course of land resource management and real estate management in colleges and universities. In this paper， based on the concept of flipped classroom， the case teaching method is introduced， and the two are grafted to form an organic whole and applied to the teaching of real estate appraisal. In practical operation， in order to help students internalize and improve the knowledge they have learned before class， combined with the strong application-oriented characteristics of Real Estate Appraisal course， the design of classroom teaching mode is carried out from three aspects： before class， during class and after class. The teaching effect shows that the case teaching method based on the concept of "flipped classroom" can effectively improve students' ability of comprehensive analysis and application of knowledge.

不动产估价课程是高等学校土地资源管理和房地产经营管理等相关专业的核心专业基础课，是一门理论性、技巧性、实践性都很强的课程，职业能力培养是该课程教学的重要任务。随着房地产市场的逐步完善和成熟，市场交易规模越来越大，在这样的背景下，社会对不动产估价相关的人才需求也越来越大，这就对不动产估价课程教学提出了更多和更高的要求，如何应对新的时代变化成为不动产估价课程教学改革的重要目标。传统的“填鸭式”教学和“课件多媒体”教学己经与新时代学生接受信息的渠道严重不一致，教学内容与实践及社会需求也脱节严重，教师和学生在课堂上的角色定位也亟需改变。……
