摘 要：近年来，随着我国产业转型升级加快，对于专业技术人才的需求不断提升，这也就推动了职业教育工作的开展。中职教育作为我国职业教育体系中的重要组成，为社会发展培养了大量的优质人才，推动了各行各业的发展。但是在目前中职院校专业教学中，受到各种教学理念与方法的影响，还存在许多的问题，无法满足当前社会发展对专业人才的需求。在这种情况下，必须要重视对学生工匠精神的培育，提升学生专业技能的掌握水平，实现学生综合素质的改善。因此，在现阶段的中职汽修专业教学过程中，需要针对目前教学中存在的问题，采取有效的教学措施，实现工匠精神的有效融入，改善汽修专业教学效果，为社会发展培养更为优质的人才。

Practical Strategy of Integrating Craftsman Spirit into the Teaching of Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Specialty

Abstract：In recent years， as Chinas industrial transformation and upgrading has accelerated， the demand for professional and technical personnel has continued to increase， which has also promoted the development of vocational education. As an important component of the vocational education system， secondary vocational education has cultivated a large number of high-quality talents for social development and promoted the development of all walks of life. However， in the current professional teaching of secondary vocational colleges， affected by various teaching concepts and methods， there are still many problems， which cannot meet the current social development's demand for professional talents. In this case， we must pay attention to the cultivation of students' craftsman spirit， improve the mastery of students' professional skills， and realize the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. Therefore， in the current stage of the teaching process of secondary vocational auto repair major， it is necessary to take effective teaching measures in response to the current problems in teaching， realize the effective integration of the craftsman spirit， improve the teaching effect of the auto repair major， and train more high-quality talents for social development.

1 引言

在经历四十余年的改革开放发展以后，我国的经济水平得到了显著提升，在人们生活日益富足的情况下，机动车的数量也快速增加，目前我国机动车保有量已经超过3亿辆，这就需要更多专业的汽修人才来提供汽车的售后保养及维修技术支撑。中职院校作为培养专业汽修人才的重要场所，在汽修专业教学方面的投入不断增加，但是受到各方面因素的影响，其所开展的教学工作还面临许多的问题，这就造成自身的教学水平有限，影响了人才的培养质量[1]。所以说，在现阶段开展的中职汽修专业教学过程中，要正视自己存在的问题，正确的把握工匠精神的内涵，培养学生的专业价值理念，激发学生的学习积极性，为汽修专业教学工作的开展打下良好基础。……
