摘 要：轿车空调系统有暖风和冷风，冷风系统结构复杂，故障率较多，涉及到的零部件较多，但是检修起来相对容易，维修成本也不是很高。暖风系统相对来说结构简单，但是检修起来相对要复杂一些，一旦涉及到暖风水箱的问题，其维修难度和成本相对较大，本文以一则帕萨特轿车暖风系统故障为例，分析其故障现象及排除过程。

Trouble Analysis and Elimination of Air Conditioning and Heating System on Passat Car

Abstract：The car air conditioning system has warm and cold air. The cold air system has a complicated structure， a high failure rate， and many parts involved. However， it is relatively easy to repair， and the maintenance cost is not very high. The heating system is relatively simple in structure， but the maintenance is relatively more complicated. Once the problem of the heating water tank is involved， the maintenance difficulty and cost are relatively large. This article takes a Passat car heating system failure as an example to analyze its failure phenomenon and troubleshooting process.

1 引言

笔者在工作过程中，遇到一台2013款帕萨特1.4T的轿车，行驶里程9万多公里，车主反映，近期空调制热系统不良，当时由于是寒冷的冬季，加上此车排量小，笔者告诉车主，冬季热得慢，再关注一下。

过了一段时间，车主还是反映，几乎没有制热，基于此，笔者开始对这台车进行检查，为便于读者系统了解空调暖风系统工作原理及故障分析与排除方法，本文将从空调暖风系统的结构原理、故障诊断与排除几个方面进行叙述。

2 空调暖风系统的结构原理

汽车空调暖风系统，按所使用的热源可分为：非独立式供暖系统和独立式供暖系统。轿车一般都使用的是非独立式供暖系统。

非独立式供暖系统（余热式供暖系统）：它利用汽车排气余热或发动机冷却循环水的余热作为热源并引入热交换器，由风机将车内或车外空气吹过热交换器而使之升温，送入车内。这就是为何有人说冬天开暖汽车暖气不费油的原因。
