摘 要：本文从汽车天窗的分类方式入手，简要介绍了内藏式普通电动天窗、可开启式全景天窗的结构特点，并以天窗密封条的安装方式为切入点，浅谈天窗的平台化策略。最后对天窗新技术的应用及发展趋势进行了简要介绍。

Analysis on the Development and Structure of Automobile Sunroof

Abstract：This article starts with the classification of automobile sunroofs， briefly introduces the structural characteristics of the built-in ordinary electric sunroof and openable panoramic sunroof， and discusses the platformization strategy of the sunroof with the installation method of the sunroof seal as the starting point. Finally， the application and development trend of the new skylight technology are briefly introduced.

1 引言

汽车天窗安装于车顶，可以增加车内采光，开启后还可实现通风换气，增加车内空气流动，实现车内快速降温，冬天还能为前挡风玻璃除雾。根据可查证资料，历史上最早配备天窗的汽车是1932年生产的奥斯汀七厢轿车，这在汽车界掀起了一股不小的热潮[1]。随着汽车的发展，天窗成为了大多数汽车的基本配置，天窗更加轻量化、智能化，功能更加多样化，也越来越受到广大消费者的青睐。

2 汽车天窗分类及结构

汽车天窗的分类方式有很多种。按驱动方式可以分为手动式天窗、电动式天窗。电动式天窗通过车内开关或汽车钥匙控制天窗玻璃、遮阳帘运动，实现天窗起翘、一键开启和关闭等功能，在天窗运动的过程中具备防夹功能，还可以实现语音控制。按装配工艺可以分为底部安装式天窗、顶部安装式天窗。按结构形式可以分为内藏式普通天窗、外滑式全景天窗、斜顶开式全景天窗、分段式全景天窗、固定式全景天窗（全景天幕）等。

目前汽车天窗配置主要是普通电动天窗和可开启式全景天窗，而分段式全景天窗常见于MPV等较大型汽车上。固定式全景天窗又称为全景天幕，几乎覆盖了整个汽车顶盖，整车造型可以更炫酷，不仅极大拓展了车内采光，还可以结合玻璃智能调光技术，使天窗更加智能化。……
