摘 要：李克强总理在2016年《政府工作报告》中提到，鼓励企业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产，培育精益求精的工匠精神，增品种、提品质、创品牌。从那时候开始，工匠精神作为感、责任感。近几年，越来越多的大技工院校在校生素质培养过程中一个非常重要的品质。工匠精神包括高超的技艺和精湛的技能，严谨细致、专注负责的工作态度，精雕细琢、精益求精的工作理念，以及对职业的认同国工匠走入大众的视野，让国人们认识到国之重器的背后是千万的汗水和一个个坚持本职岗位、精益求精、不断进取的工匠们。本文通过对影响中职学校机电类专业学生工匠精神培养的因素的分析，介绍了我校培养工匠精神目前采取的实践方式，提出了培养方式的对策。

Practice and Reflections on Cultivating Craftsman Spirit of Students Majoring in Mechatronics in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the 2016 "Government Work Report" that enterprises are encouraged to develop personalized customization and flexible production， cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship for excellence， increase varieties， improve quality， and create brands. Since then， the craftsman's spirit has been a sense of responsibility. In recent years， more and more large technical colleges have a very important quality in the process of cultivating students' quality. Craftsman spirit includes superb skills and superb skills， rigorous， meticulous， dedicated and responsible work attitude， meticulous craftsmanship， excellence in work philosophy， and recognition of the profession. Chinese craftsmen have entered the publics field of vision and made people realize the importance of the country. Behind the device are thousands of sweat and artisans who stick to their jobs， strive for perfection， and keep making progress. This article analyzes the factors that affect the cultivation of craftsmanship of students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering in secondary vocational schools， introduces the current practice methods of cultivating craftsmanship in our school， and proposes countermeasures for training methods.

進入“十四五”以来，制造大国向创造大国转变，培养匠人匠心，培育新时期的工匠精神已经成为国家重视的问题。在工业信息时代，面对复杂多变的国际形势，国内经济发展方式需要转型，产业结构需要升级，都离不开现代化的制造工厂。当越来越多的车间改造成现代化工厂，当越来越多的“机械手”代替了传统的劳动力，在当前形势下，产业工人们的工匠精神对于国家的制造业发展起到了十分重要的作用。我们要实现由制造大国到制造强国的转变，实现由中国制造到中国创造的跨越，就需要有工匠精神的匠人们的创新和创造。只有越来越多的大国工匠涌现出来，才能进一步提高我国职工队伍的素质和产业工人队伍的整体水平，从而实现中国制造向中国创造的全面跨越。……
