摘 要：素质教育不仅是个人可持续发展的重要指标，更是关系到社会主义现代化建设全局的一项根本任务。根据党的十九大报告上对素质教育的要求，结合近年来高校发生的一系列不和谐事件，本文以素质教育意义为前提，从思想素质、能力素质、身心素质三个一级指标，思想政治素质、学习能力、身体素质等8个二级指标以及32个三级指标，对高职学生素质教育资源库框架的构建进行研究，通过分析各级指标对素质教育的影响，构建合理、全面的素质教育资源库框架，以推进学生综合素质的全面提升，促进学生全面发展。

Research on the Construction of Resource Base of Quality Education for Contemporary Higher Vocational Students

Abstract：Quality education is not only an important indicator of personal sustainable development， but also a fundamental task related to the overall situation of socialist modernization. According to the requirements for quality education in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， combined with a series of disharmonious incidents that have occurred in colleges and universities in recent years， this article takes the significance of quality education as the premise， starting from the three first-level indicators of ideological quality， ability quality， and physical and mental quality， 8 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators including political quality， learning ability， physical fitness， etc.， and studies the construction of a quality education resource library framework for higher vocational students， and constructs a reasonable and comprehensive structure by analyzing the impact of indicators at all levels on quality education to construct the framework of the quality education resource library in order to promote the overall improvement of students' comprehensive quality and the overall development of students.

素質教育是一种现代教育理念，其目标是实现人的素质均衡与和谐发展[1]。然而近年来却屡次发生不和谐事件，富士康跳楼事件、马加爵他杀事件、复旦投毒事件、校园贷事件、电话诈骗猝死等事件频发，从这些悲剧性事件中可以看出当事人对生命的轻易放弃或对他人生命的蔑视，除了惋惜，还引发了对学校道德素质教育是否得当的反思。随着大数据时代的发展，各种专业教学的资源库建设如雨后春笋，随之而来的线上、线下资源和平台的建设等相关项目层出不穷，然而针对高职学生素质教育的资源库建设却寥寥无几。为此，本文以提高高职学生素质教育为出发点，对高职学生素质教育资源库的构建进行研究。

1 高职学生素质教育的意义

随着生源结构的变化，现在的高职学生大多是初中毕业没考上高中的中职技能生，或者高中毕业没考上大学的普招生，这些学生在读初、高中阶段时成绩差，厌学或者不会学习，甚至有的还养成了很多坏习惯。……
