摘  要：新时代思想道德修养与法律基础课程实践教学面临教学针对性不强、课程吸引力不够、学生参与积极性不高的困境。为此，亟需精准把握 “基础”课实践教学现状与存在问题，重新深入探讨“基础”课实践教学本质内涵、作用机理，紧贴新时代大学生学习特点创新“基础”课实践教学内容、方法、方式，加强提升实践教学队伍能力建设，创新构建“基础”课理论与实践协调适应统一的教学新模式。

Abstract： In the New Era， there are some difficult positions in practical teaching in the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Legal Basis Curriculum， including weak pertinence， less attraction， and lack of participation. Thus， it is imperative that we know precisely the current situation and problems of the practical teaching in the Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Legal Basis Curriculum， and have penetrating discussion about its essential connotation once again. Then， to meet the requirements of teaching college students in the new era， we have to innovate contents， measures and methods of practical teaching， and strengthen our corps of teachers. Also， we can structure the new integrated mode of theoretical and practical teaching in the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Legal Basis.

思想道德修養与法律基础课（简称“基础”课）是一门集理论性、实践性于一体，应用性很强的课程。2019年3月18日习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调指出：“坚持八个相统一”是新时代上好思政理论课的指导思想与实践路径，其中特别强调“要坚持理论性和实践性相统一，用科学理论培养人，重视思想政治课的实践性，把思政小课堂同社会大课堂结合起来，教育引导学生立鸿鹄志，做奋斗者”。可见，实践性是本课程的本质特征与要求。为此，课程的实践性本质要求在教学过程中，我们既要注重课堂经典理论的教学，又要加强实践应用环节的教学，特别是必须坚持理论联系实际，突出体现教学的实践性，不仅要将思想道德素质与法律理论素养内化于心，更重要的是要将其外化于行。即在组织教学活动时，一方面强调学生学习基本理论知识，另一方面要突出……
