摘 要：根据以安徽省某高校教师为对象开展的师德师风建设情况调查，文章认为受主观认知、社会环境、管理制度等因素影响，高校在师德师风建设方面呈现出诸多问题。在对高校师德师风建设存在的问题及其原因进行探讨的基础上，有针对性地提出了应对措施：建立宣传教育、示范引领、实践养成、考核评价、监督和奖惩相结合的工作机制，通过创新师德师风教育模式和完善评价监督体系等方法，不断加强高校师德师风建设成效。

Research on the Status Quo of the Construction of Teachers' Ethics and Style in Colleges and Universities

——Based on Investigation and Analysis of a University in Anhui

Abstract： According to a survey on the construction of teachers' ethics and style with teachers from a university in Anhui Province， it is believed that due to subjective cognition， social environment， management system and other factors， there are many problems in the construction of teachers' ethics and style in colleges and universities. Based on the discussion of the problems and causes， countermeasures are put forward： establishing a combined mechanism of publicity and education， demonstration and guidance， practice development， assessment and evaluation， supervision， rewards and punishments. By innovating the teaching model and improving the evaluation and supervision system of teachers' ethics and style， the effectiveness of the construction of teachers' ethics and style in universities will be continuously strengthened.

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视教师队伍建设，要求加强师德师风建设、培养高素质教师队伍。2019年11月，教育部、中央组织部、中央宣传部、国家发展改革委、财政部、人力资源社会保障部、文化和旅游部等七部门联合印发《关于加强和改进新时代师德师风建设的意见》，将师德师风作为评价教师队伍素质的第一标准[1]，各高校都把教师思想政治素质和职业道德水平摆在首要位置。为了解高校师德师风建设状况，调查组在安徽省某高校进行了调查走访，通过座谈会等形式对部分教师进行了访谈，并在教职工中开展了线上问卷调查活动，问卷采取无记名方式，共计回收有效问卷375份。……
