摘 要：大学生生态文明素养培育是大学生全面发展的内在需求，是高校思想政治教育的使命。目前大学生生态文明素养存在着目标体系尚未建立、全方位、全过程育人格局尚未形成、生态文明素养培育队伍尚未组成等问题。从“三全育人”视角出发，构建生态文明素养培育目标体系引领的、“主渠道+主阵地+全过程”一体化育人的、以生态文明素养培育队伍建设为保障的大学生生态文明素养培育模式，是对大学生生态文明素养培育的有益探索。

Study on Cultivation Path of College Students' Ecological Civilization Literacy from the Perspective of "Three-wide Education"

Abstract： College students ecological civilization literacy cultivation is the internal need of all-around development of college students， and also an important mission of ideological and political education in universities. At present， there are some problems in college students' ecological civilization accomplishment， such as a target system has not yet been established， a comprehensive， full-process education pattern has not been formed， and the ecological civilization literacy training team has not yet been formed. From the standpoint of  "three-all education"， we could build a cultivation model of college students' ecological civilization attainments under the lead of the goal system of ecological civilization attainment cultivation， of the integration of "the main channel+ the main position+ the entire process" to educate college students， and with the guarantee of team construction of ecological civilization attainment cultivation. This will be a useful probe into breeding college students' ecological civilization attainments.

党的十八大将生态文明列入“五位一体”总体布局，明确生态文明建设基础地位[1];党的十八届三中全会要求加快建立系统完整的生态文明制度体系;党的十八届四中全会提出用最严格的法律制度保护生态环境，党的十八届五中全会确立了包括绿色发展在内的新理念，提出完善生态文明制度体系。党的十九大报告提出加快生态文明体制改革，建设美丽中国[2]，剖析了生态文明建设中存在的问题，并提出了切实可行的具体措施[3]。党的十九届四中全会《决定》提出，将生态文明制度建设作为中国特色社会主义制度建设的重要内容和不可分割的有机组成部分，并作出重要部署。……
