摘 要：受经济下行和疫情影响，毕业生求职困难增多，就业形势复杂严峻。为应对毕业生“就业慢”“择业难”等现象，安徽理工大学勇谋善为，把居“六稳”“六保”首位的就业工作作为重要政治任务，线上线下精准发力，主动出击联络资源，突出重点精准帮扶，创新奖励激发信心，开展就业 “百日攻坚”集中推进行动，以一系列强而有力的“组合拳”为毕业生顺利就业保驾护航。

Multi-measures to Do a Good Job of Graduate Employment Practice Exploration

——Take Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example

Abstract： Affected by the economic downturn and the COVID-19 epidemic， it has become more difficult for graduates to find jobs . The employment situation is complex and grim. In order to deal with "slow employment" and "difficulty in choosing jobs" for graduates， Anhui University of Science and Technology has courageously pursued good deeds， taking the employment that ranks first in the"six stability" and  "six guarantees" as an important political task， and has made precise efforts both online and offline， takes the initiative to liaise with resources， highlights  key points and provides  precise assistance， innovates  rewards to inspire confidence， and carries out the "Hundred-Day Tackling Toughness" concentrated promotion action， escorting graduates with a series of powerful "combined punches" for smooth employment.

受經济下行和疫情影响，高校毕业生求职困难增多，就业形势复杂严峻[1]。党中央、国务院高度重视高校毕业生就业工作，及时作出一系列重要决策部署。安徽理工大学坚持以“学生为本、市场为准、服务为先”的理念，积极构建“领导主抓、部门统筹、学院为主、全员参与”工作机制，认真贯彻落实习近平总书记在统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展工作部署会议上的重要讲话以及系列重要指示批示精神，把就业工作摆在“为党育人、为国育才”的政治高度，着力在就业岗位开发、困难群体帮扶、基层就业引导等方面多措并举，线上线下同时发力，构建就业育人新格局，努力把疫情对就业工作的影响降到最低，5 925名毕业生初次就业率93.42%，毕业生继续深造率27%，再创新高，实现了稳就业工作目标。
