[摘 要]  因专业分类教学是对因材施教的一种具体化认识。在应用型高校实施思想政治理论课因专业分类教学是遵循因材施教一般教育规律的基本做法，是高水平有特色应用型高校提升课程针对性的必然之举，同时，大数据、云计算、5G等网络技术为应用型高校的因专业分类教学提供了技術支撑。应用型高校思想政治理论课因专业分类教学的探索要从谁领导、谁负责、谁协同等几个层面构建工作格局，要牢牢抓住思政课教师这一关键队伍以及把握因专业分类教学的教学探索重点。实践证明，北京联合大学马克思主义学院在探索思想政治理论课因专业分类教学中取得了阶段性成果。

Abstract：  Specialty-based classified teaching is a concrete understanding of individualized teaching. In application-oriented colleges and universities， the implementation of it in ideological and political theory courses is the basic practice of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. It is the inevitable move for high-level application-oriented colleges and universities with characteristics to improve the pertinence of courses. At the same time， big data， cloud computing， 5G and other network technologies provide technical support for the classified teaching of ideological and political theory courses in application-oriented colleges and universities. The exploration of specialty-based classified teaching of ideological and political theory courses in application-oriented colleges and universities should construct the working pattern from the aspects of the one who leads， the one who is responsible and the one who cooperates. We should firmly grasp the key factor of the ideological and political course teachers and grasp the teaching exploration focus of the specialty-based classified teaching. Practice has proved that the school of Marxism in Beijing Union University has made phased achievements in exploring the specialty-based classified teaching of ideological and political theory courses.

习近平总书记在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出，高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人，如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题[1]。立德树人是教育的根本任务，高校思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。在“3.18”学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上，习近平总书记也明确提出了推动思政课改革创新的重要目标，“推动思想政治理论课改革创新，要不断增强思政课的思想性、理论性和亲和力、针对性” [2]。这为推动思想政治理论课改革创新指明了方向和路径，思想政治理论课（以下简称“思政课”）要增强实效性，发挥其为应用型高校服务地区发展、培养应用型人才使命相配合的作用，实行因专业分类教学是大势所趋。……
