【摘  要】随着国家乡村振兴战略的不断推进，我国农村居民的生活水平得到极大的提升，农村经济的发展取得了具大的成功，极大地缩小了城乡之间的贫富差距。但是在发展的过程中存在乡村发展思维固化、农业自然资源破坏严重、生态保护机制不完善等问题。因此，坚持绿色发展理念，鼓励因地制宜地发展农村生态产业，积极宣传推动绿色生活方式是更深层次推进乡村振兴战略实施的必由之路。

【Abstract】With the continuous promotion of the national rural revitalization strategy， the living standard of rural residents in China has been greatly improved， the development of rural economy has achieved great success， greatly reducing the poverty gap between urban and rural areas. However， in the process of development， there are some existing problems， such as the solidification of rural development thinking， the serious destruction of agricultural natural resources， the imperfect ecological protection mechanism and so on. Therefore， adhering to the concept of green development， encouraging the development of rural ecological industry according to local conditions， and actively promoting green lifestyle are the only way to further promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.

1 引言

自改革开放以来，三农问题一直是党中央高度重视的热点话题，特别是在2021年2月中央发布的一号文件《中共中央国务院关于全面推进乡村振兴加快农业农村现代化的意见》，文件中特别指出民族要复兴，乡村必振兴。要坚持把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重，把全面推进乡村振兴作为实现中华民族伟大复兴的一项重大任务[1]。由此三农问题被提上了历史新高度，同时也极大强调了乡村振兴的重要性。在绿水青山就是金山银山理念的时代背景下，绿色理念的出现极大丰富了乡村振兴的内涵，深入实施乡村振兴战略，也必然绕不开绿色发展理念，因此坚持绿色发展理念不仅是当前农村发展的现实要求，也是实施乡村振兴发展的必然要求。

2 乡村发展过程中出现的问题

2.1 发展思维固化，农业自然资源破坏严重
