【摘  要】道德与法治是小学生学习与生活中的必修课。但是，在传统的教学过程中，道德与法治课的实际授课效果收效颇微。基于此，我们在教学活动中，通过以图画为载体，以现代化视野为依托，从理解到内化到传播三个层次为小学生进行道德品质培养的系列教学活动，从而切实有效地提高小学生道德与法治素养。本文接下来将主要论述上述教学活动的具体实施手段。

【Abstract】Morality and the rule of law are compulsory courses in the study and life of primary school students. However， in the traditional teaching process， the actual teaching effect of morality and rule of law courses has little effect. Based on this， in our teaching activities， through the use of pictures as the carrier and modern vision as the basis， a series of teaching activities for elementary school students to cultivate moral quality at three levels from understanding to internalization to dissemination， so as to effectively improve the morality and morality of elementary school students. 一、理念传输——基于图解法传递道德与法治理念

培养小学生道德与法治素养的前提是他们能够理解与认识道德与法治素养的理念。为此，教师首先要开展道德与法治理念的培育专题活动，通过各种方式，对小学生传达道德与法治素养的理念，使其对这个概念有一定的了解和认识。为了转变以往枯燥的“说教”方式，笔者巧妙地应用多彩的图片，通过图解法对小学生进行培育。图解法的便捷性就在于直观、好理解。在图解法施行的过程中，小学生能够依靠其有限的理解能力，去阅读图画，通过画面解读其含义。图解法能够直观地展示出一个案例、一个故事，并且它们之间互相联系，能够充分调动小学生的联想能力，促使他们进行故事细节的补充。比如教师可以在事后提问：“你们认为这个男人是怎么被警察叔叔抓到的呢？”引导小学生开动自己的脑筋将这个故事补充得更加完整，同时也能够使其认识到“法网恢恢，疏而不漏”的含义，让他们对道德与法治素养有一个初步的认识，认识到其重要性。……
