摘要 北京市农业产业化龙头企业对于推进首都农业产业结构优化、带动农产品加工业发展以及促进乡村振兴战略实施等方面起着重要作用。近年来，北京市农业龙头企业在经济效益、社会服务、联农带农、产业扶贫和农业国际合作等方面取得了较好成效，但仍存在新型业态占比不高、科技创新能力不足以及绿色发展水平较低等问题。笔者以2019年北京市142家重点农业龙头企业为样本，从总体规模、行业类型、社会化服务水平、利益联结机制、参与产业扶贫情况及农业国际合作等方面进行现状分析，并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策建议，为北京市农业龙头企业的持续健康发展提供支撑。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Leading Agricultural Enterprises in Beijing

Abstract The leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Beijing play an important role in promoting the optimization of agricultural industrial structure， promoting the development of agricultural products processing industry and promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In recent years， Beijings leading agricultural enterprises have achieved good results in economic benefits， social services， joint agriculture with agriculture， industrial poverty alleviation and international cooperation in agriculture， but there are still some problems such as low proportion of new formats， insufficient scientific and technological innovation capability and low level of green development. Taking 142 key agricultural leading enterprises in Beijing in 2019 as samples， this paper analyzes the current situation from the aspects of overall scale， industry type， socialized service level， interest linkage mechanism， participation in poverty alleviation and international cooperation in agriculture， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems， so as to provide support for the sustainable and healthy development of Beijing agricultural leading enterprises.

2021年中央一号文件指出，加快健全现代农业全产业链标准体系，推动新型農业经营主体按标生产。培育农业龙头企业标准“领跑者”，支持农业产业化龙头企业创新发展、做大做强[1-4]。龙头企业作为新型农业经营主体中的骨干力量，对于加快推进农业现代化，带动产业转型升级以及推动农民持续增收具有重要作用。北京市作为首都，其农业重点龙头企业承担着保障首都农产品供应、稳定农产品价格以及保证居民生活质量的重要责任。当前，在非首都功能疏解转移、农业供给侧结构性改革的政策背景以及新冠疫情蔓延、国内国际经济环境变化的严峻形势下，各企业正面临着巨大的风险和机遇，因此，对于北京市农业龙头企业的发展现状及现存问题进行研究，具有十分重要的意义。……
