摘 要：当前，中国汽车类院校人才培养模式仍处于发展阶段，离产教融合的理想状态还很远，究其原因主要表现在合作模式单一、高校教材滞后、实训设备能力不足等，因此进一步推进产教融合，只有在校企融合一体化的发展方式下，汽车类院校和企业才能为中国汽车工业的发展提供高素质的专业技术人才，实现更加蓬勃向上的发展。

Analysis on the Application of the Integration of Production and Education to the Training of Talents in Automobile Colleges

Abstract：At present， the talent training model of China's automobile colleges is still in the development stage， and it is far from the ideal state of integration of industry and education. The main reasons are the single cooperation mode， the lagging of teaching materials in colleges and universities， and the insufficient capacity of practical training equipment. The integration of production and education should be further promoted. Only under the development mode of school-enterprise integration， can automotive colleges and enterprises provide high-quality professional and technical personnel for the development of China's automotive industry and achieve a more vigorous and upward development.

1 引言

根据中国汽车工业的发展规划，汽车工业的发展迫切需要大量的专业人才，尤其是智能网络汽车和新能源汽车产业，相关企业人才缺口较大[1]。作为最大的专业人才培养方，各级和各种类型的汽车类院校在人才培养方面负有重大使命。根据汽车人才培养的分析和研究，有效的开展产教融合和实习实训是學生掌握专业技能的必要途径，人才培养水平是由完善的产教融合和人才建设管理体系来决定的。

2 我国汽车产业发展规划对人才的需求分析

2017年4月，工业和信息化部、国家发展和改革委员会、科学技术部联合发文《关于印发<汽车产业中长期发展规划>的通知》，文章明确提出“完善以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研用相结合的技术创新体系，建立矩阵式的研发能力布局和跨产业协同平台”支持高水平企业技术中心建设[2]。

未来五年，中国汽车市场将继续保持稳定的增长。到2025年，汽车产量将达到3500万辆，其中700万将是新能源汽车。据此计算，到2025年，汽车企业和零部件企业的员工人数将达到628万左右，见表1。……
